    For the valuation you conducted, how does one take into account that the company has offered its funding/development partner “… 70% interest in Round Top rare earth project once $10 million funding leads to a bankable feasibility study and can thereafter earn an additional 10% with a $3 million cash payment to TMRC.”? Does this imply shareholders will never see the full value of the resource because the company is selling 80% of it? Also, your valuation is based on U308, ex-REEs, so how can one incorporate this additional resource into your valuations? I suspect your valuations would be much higher.
